She regularly delivers bespoke training and updates to clients, keeping them in step with the employment law developments of particular consequence to their individual businesses. Catherine has recently rolled out Osborne Clarke’s legal training programme, Q3D to associates in the employment team. Catherine trained at Simmons & Simmons and qualified into their employment team. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2002. Before taking up the role of a Training & Know-How Lawyer, Catherine advised clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious issues including the employment aspects of corporate transactions, senior executive appointments and dismissals, restraint of trade issues, redundancies and business reorganisations, outsourcings and business transfers, discrimination issues and the implications of engaging contractors and atypical workers.
