David brings in-depth knowledge to the smart cities team on power management, distributed generation and energy storage.
With more than a decade’s experience in the sector, he handles M&A, joint ventures, projects, venture and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on energy, renewables, cleantech and broader technology clients. As Partner in the firm’s Energy and Utilities sector group he has helped develop an integrated practice that spans the firm’s offices and services clients across the value chain.
He works for corporations, management teams, vendors, purchasers and funders on deals, and his clients range from start-ups to large established corporate groups and utilities.
