He has led international projects involving the sector-specific Block Exemption, aftermarket competition, telematics and the connected car. He also advises on antitrust litigation, competition compliance, distribution and merger control.
As lead counsel in German and EU Commission antitrust investigations, Thomas has represented key players from the automotive, energy, banking and technology sectors. He recently defended a multinational technology company in EU cartel investigations and obtained ground-breaking decisions from the EU courts in competition litigation.
