Julian co-chairs Osborne Clarke’s international employment law group and is a member of our India Group.
Julian regularly advises on international outsourcing deals; the movement of senior employees internationally; and employee relations issues including European Works Councils. Julian has been practicing law for nearly 30 years and has given practical advice on a very wide range of people issues across a broad range of industry sectors to clients all around the world.
Julian joined Osborne Clarke as a partner in 1997. Julian has served on the Executive Board of the firm and he has also held numerous external Board level appointments, including with clients. Julian has been Chair of the UK Employment Lawyers’ Association. Julian lectures and blogs regularly on current issues affecting the labour market.
Julian has a strong international practice, regularly advising Indian businesses on a range of employment matters. He is also experienced in advisory work for high-profile US-based and European clients concerning multi-jurisdictional employment issues. (source: Chambers, 2017)
