Katharina Feddersen advises project developers, developers, building owners, construction cooperatives, working communities (ARGEn), architects, engineering offices, design professionals and builders in the areas of construction-related legal advice, German construction contract procedures (VOB/A) and the fee structure imposed on architects and engineers acting as public contractors (HOAI) as well as Business Improvement Districts (BIDs).

She studied in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Lüneburg. She obtained her Master of Law (LL.M.) specialising in environmental law at the University of Lüneburg.

Katharina was admitted as a lawyer in 2002 and has been a specialist lawyer for building and architecture law since 2008. Before she joined Osborne Clarke in July 2013 she was a partner at Graf von Westphalen in Hamburg.

She has published numerous articles on real estate law and lectures on this subject. She is also a member of professional property associations and actively engages in urban planning issues in Hamburg.
